Refund policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to Tippr Pro when you buy it on playtippr.de. Tippr is provided by Yannik Muth, Leo-Leistikow-Allee 4, 22081 Hamburg, Germany. Our web order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our web orders and handles refunds. Our Terms of use and the Paddle buyer terms also apply.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
Within 14 days of a payment, you can get the full amount of that payment back on request, without giving a reason. This applies to the first payment, including when it falls due after a free trial, and to every automatic renewal. Tippr Pro ends for the refunded period once the refund is issued.
3. How to request a refund
Use the link in Paddle's confirmation or receipt email, go to paddle.net (look up your purchase with the email address you used), or email hallo@playtippr.de from or with the email address used for the purchase. We forward requests sent to us to Paddle. Paddle refunds to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of approval.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your web subscription at any time via the subscription management link in Paddle's confirmation email or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and no further payments are charged. Cancelling alone does not refund amounts already paid; within the 14 days in section 2 you can also request a refund. Deleting your Tippr account does not cancel a subscription.
5. Statutory rights
Your statutory right of withdrawal and your warranty rights remain unaffected. If something does not work, feel free to email hallo@playtippr.de first so we can help.
6. Purchases in the app
Tippr Pro bought in the Apple App Store or on Google Play is subject to the refund rules of that store. We cannot refund these purchases ourselves. Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play Help.
